Spark Datin LLC ("Spark") is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation across our service. We design our product, policies, and operations to keep children off our platform and to detect, remove, and report any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.

This commitment includes, but is not limited to:

• An 18+ age gate at signup with date-of-birth validation on both the client and the server
• Ongoing age signal monitoring across profile content, messages, and reports
• Image hash matching of uploads against industry CSAM hash databases to detect known abuse material
• Trained reviewers who escalate suspected CSAE on a 24/7 basis
• Clear, visible Block & Report tools in every chat and profile
• No anonymous or random chat — Spark does not offer anonymous, ephemeral-identity, or random-matching chat. Every conversation is tied to a persistent, age-verified profile with a reportable identity
• Mandatory reporting of confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A

If you encounter any user, photo, message, or behavior on Spark that raises a child safety concern, please report it immediately. You have two options:

If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services (in the U.S., dial 911) or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org before contacting Spark.

All child safety reports are routed to our Trust & Safety team and reviewed promptly — child safety reports are our highest-priority queue and are triaged 24/7. Where evidence supports the report, we take the appropriate action, which may include any combination of the following:

• Removing the content, profile photo, message, or media
• Suspending the account pending review
• Permanently removing the account and banning the user from rejoining
• Preserving relevant evidence for law enforcement
• Reporting the incident to NCMEC and/or the appropriate law enforcement agency
• Cooperating with any subsequent investigation

Reporters are never identified to the reported user. We protect the confidentiality of everyone who reports a concern in good faith.

Spark complies with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including but not limited to:

• 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — mandatory reporting of apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC
• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — Spark is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data
• The U.S. PROTECT Act and analogous state laws
• Applicable international child safety frameworks (e.g., the UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act)

Spark cooperates fully with NCMEC and with federal, state, local, and international law enforcement agencies investigating child safety matters. We respond to verified legal process — including subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, preservation requests, and Emergency Disclosure Requests — as outlined in our Law Enforcement Protocol.
